Our focus is always on the individual self to ensure the individual achieves their goals by accessing and developing their own abilities. We create a completely safe and confidential space in which we can explore and learn. Our business and coaching experiences combine to allow for the individuals to unlock their full potential.
Our SPORT division is being managed under the watchful eye of Manny Senger. He has been working with some of the local schools in the Northern Suburbs for 15 years with great success.

Theresa Senger is managing the CORPORATE division, combining her 20 years business experience with her passion to inspire others to be the best possible. With her clientele across South Africa, projects ranging from Leadership Development, Team Interventions, Recruitment and Coaching, her main focus is always to improve the sustainable performance of individuals and teams, therefor the performance of the organisation as a whole.
The CLOTHING division has grown successfully with the help of Rayner Senger. Understanding the clients’ need and a natural flair for quality and design, he has successfully supplied many schools, hostels and individuals with customised clothing items and sport apparel.
Tessa Senger manages the EVENTS & TOURS division. She completed her studies in Travel and tourism and covers a broad spectrum of tours, special celebrations and events. Her main focus would be to complement our teamFuture brand, by offereing customized sport tours to schools and the private sector.
